Data We Collect

We collect your name, email address, phone number and payment references when you open an account. Transaction data from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposits is recorded for reconciliation and fraud prevention, and is not shared beyond what payment processing requires.

Cookie Usage

We use session cookies to keep you logged in, analytics cookies to understand which parts of the lobby you use most, and preference cookies to remember your language and region settings. You can manage cookie consent through the banner on your first visit or inside account settings.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and optional two-factor authentication. We never store your raw UPI or Paytm credentials — only tokenised references returned by the payment processor after a transaction is completed.

Data Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations after closure. Once that retention window closes, data is deleted or anonymised in line with our internal schedule.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data where local law permits. Submit a request via email or the in-account Data and Privacy panel. We will confirm receipt and provide a resolution within seven business days.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with payment processors (UPI networks, Paytm, PhonePe) and identity-verification partners strictly as needed to operate your account. Each third party is bound by a data-processing agreement that limits their use of your information.
